First NORFIAD Research Publication

On 4 March 2026, NORFIAD member Pavel Ovcharov published the first research paper under NORFIAD affiliation — Foundations of Informational Behaviour — released as an open-access preprint on Zenodo (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18865752). The paper introduces a formal framework for analysing informational behaviour in physical and computational systems, establishing foundational definitions intended to support the development of informational mathematics and multidimensional probability frameworks. The work is published under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 and is freely available for download. This marks NORFIAD's first externally published research output.
