Pavel Ovcarov is the Founder of the Network of Research for Innovation and Development (NORFIAD).
With a background in multidisciplinary research, system design, and practical innovation, Pavel has built NORFIAD as a structured yet independent research network — one that safeguards intellectual property, supports collaboration, and provides professional governance for member-led projects.

His vision for NORFIAD is rooted in three principles:
