NORFIAD Operational Framework Adopted 20 October 2025

On 20 October 2025, NORFIAD formally adopted its core operational framework, comprising seven signed Standard Operating Procedures and the Member Admission Agreement. The SOPs cover Document Processes, Intellectual Property Management, Rank Progression, Mentorship, Field and Project Management, Classification of Projects, and Admission. Together these documents establish the binding procedures that govern how NORFIAD operates, how members are admitted and progress, and how research projects are initiated, classified, and closed. The Member Admission Agreement provides the contractual foundation for all future member onboarding, ensuring every admission is documented, governed, and traceable.
